The team listens to the customer. Mr. Binet took care of us throughout our stay and we found the perfect fit. Our budget was respected, as were our specific requests: for example, distance from the beach and airport, rental property, etc. Thanks also to the local team (Jean-Paul, Anita and Kurt!). We really felt like VIPs. We recommend the Cap Sud agency if you dream of the sun!

Dominique Binet and his wife Sandrine (and Harry, who was there) accompanied me during my stay in Spain and showed me several apartments and houses. All three of them were fantastic. I was able to find what I was looking for while feeling well supported, both in the formalities and for advice on places to see, where to eat, where to exercise, and more. They speak English, French, and Spanish, which can obviously be very reassuring when you're there. They explain everything from A to Z, and they do it in a good mood too! I received a lot of information during my stay, so we came home quite tired, but our hearts filled with joy at having been able to make one of our dreams come true.
